The Pine wood battens and frames are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plant and then cut with great precision to obtain
uniform thickness.
These battens are systematically arranged under the supervision of qualified supervisor and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens. Regular tests are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards of IS: 1659. Premium quality block board that is manufactured with imported Pine wood and it is better choice to make furniture because Pine is a strong, shock-resistant material suitable for furniture, particularly if you like rough tough furniture that lasts long.
